Park for free on Pine Avenue in downtown Long Beach (Evenings Only)

If you are going out in the evening in downtown Long Beach there is one place you can always count on for free parking.  The city lot on 5th Avenue in-between the Internet Cafe and  Wal Mart.  This lot is open 24 hours but the parking attendants leave once Wal Mart is closed.  If you get there before they leave don't worry just take the ticket.  After Wal Mart is closed the parking attendents shifts end. The gates are left open for anyone still parked in this lot so you can leave without having to pay.
